Has a decent relationship with Phil, even if Phil treats him like he would toward anyone, which is pretty poorly. He's very protective over his little bro and will do anything for him. Visits home in order to talk to him and get in touch. Doesn't really know about his day-job, and would probably not approve.

Candice Nightingale (17)
His cute little cousin, who he does his best to dote on. Attempts hugging, holding her hand, and squishing her cheeks like a loser. Tries to buy her stuff like sweets to get her favor. Probably does so in order to at least get family lubbing from someone.

Personality:
Easily Jealous & Competitive - Being easily jealous and competitive comes hand in hand. Collin considers anyone that he sees taking his place a threat... be it in work, home, or in his personal life. He hates the thought of being replaced and has even begun avoiding starting new friendships because of his pessimism. Nonetheless, he tries his best to be friendly and casual toward most everyone because otherwise he'd be a black-hearted introvert like his brother... But he does not come across as someone willing to get to know you.

Friendly to an extent - Collin is nice to most everyone he meets, except if he considers you an enemy or rival of his. He tries not to hang out with others more than he has to. Most of the time, spending his days alone or with some really close friends of his he hasn't shut off. He cares most for his family to the point where he could be called a family man and his friends as well... But doesn't give a shit about anyone else who he hasn't already considered a friend... But you wouldn't think that with his attitude. Phil'd probably be considered the easier to get along with of the two.. And that's saying something.

Intelligent - He may've flunked out of college due to a sticky fight he'd gotten into, but he is by no means an idiot. Collin might try to convince you of that by having a dumb shit-eating grin on his face, but he knows more than he lets on. Complete with street smarts, he also has a basic understanding of advanced subjects. While he tries to play dumb at times, he does let slip his intelligence in just the way he talks and conducts himself.
