I've had some trouble designing him/her /sob. I love the end result!

Ability 1: Yellow Flash --  The user appears to move so fast that it's hard to even see them. When engaging the tiger in combat, it seems as if they're almost teleporting when in reality they're using quick bursts of speed every minute to close distances of up to 30 meters between them and their opponent. While from afar, it's easier to spot the tiger. he/she still shows up as a fast-moving yellow blur. The ability cannot be used for sustained amounts of time, as the user needs time to rest. Cool-down is typically only thirty seconds.
